Company: Delphi TVS, Sriperumbudur
Day 143 (Wednesday)
Date: 13/05/2026
I improved my understanding of pump model identification by observing different pump variants processed in the production line. This helped me quickly recognize pump models based on labels, nameplates, and customer-specific requirements.
Day 144 (Thursday)
Date: 14/05/2026
I identified a new type of defect in Final Inspection Station 1. During inspection, rust was found inside the banjo barrel area of a pump. This learning helped me understand the importance of carefully inspecting internal and external surfaces to prevent quality issues from reaching customers.

Day 148 (Monday)
Date: 18/05/2026
I observed that no rejection cases were identified in Final Inspection Station 1 during the production shift. This indicated good process control and adherence to quality standards in the upstream manufacturing processes. I learned the importance of maintaining consistency in inspection even when no defects are found.
