Day 1 – Thursday (Date: 18/12/25)

Today was my first day of internship at Delphi TVS, Sriperumbudur. We were taken to the trainee hall. The trainer explained about the company profile, history, and its role in the automotive industry. Company rules, discipline, and work ethics were also explained. The session was informative and useful.

Day 2 – Friday (Date: 19/12/25)

Today we learned about industrial safety,The trainer explained safety rules to be followed inside the plant. The importance of wearing PPE such as helmet and safety shoes was explained. Safety signs and emergency procedures were also discussed. This session helped me understand safety practices.

Day 3 – Saturday (Date: 20/12/25)

Today the session was about manufacturing and quality basics. The trainer explained the basic production process and the importance of quality at each stage. We also learned about inspection and defect prevention like human act . This session gave me basic knowledge before entering the shop floor.

Day 4-Sunday(Date: 21/12/25)

CONCLUSION

The trainee hall sessions for three days were very useful. They helped me understand company culture, safety rules, and basic manufacturing and quality concepts. These sessions prepared me for practical exposure in the next days.
