I improved my inspection skills by identifying a greater number of defects during Final Inspection activities. Through continuous practice, I became more confident in detecting visual defects, missing components, incorrect markings, and other quality issues before product dispatch.

I learned the importance of maintaining rejected pumps with proper identification tags. These tags help ensure traceability and prevent defective products from being mixed with approved pumps. Proper tagging also supports rework and quality control activities.

Red tags are attached to products that have been found with defects during inspection and are not allowed to proceed to the next process. These tags help prevent defective products from reaching customers and ensure proper segregation of non-conforming parts.
