I learned how to identify and solve minor issues that occur during inspection activities. With the guidance of senior operators, I understood the importance of quick problem-solving to avoid production delays and maintain smooth workflow.
Day 131 (Friday)

I started working in both Final Inspection Station 1 (F1) and Final Inspection Station 2 (F2). This helped me understand the differences between manual visual inspection and machine-based inspection processes. I gained confidence in handling responsibilities at both stations.
Day 132 (Saturday)

I revised the seven defect detection checks performed in Final Inspection Station 2. These checks include verification of 1D labels, 2D labels, double copper washer presence, IMV cap presence, outlet cap presence, nameplate condition, and other critical quality requirements. This revision improved my understanding of automated inspection systems.

During my free time, I learned about the working process followed in the Preparation (Pre-Part) Station. I observed how components are prepared, verified, and organized before moving to the next production stage. Understanding this process helped me appreciate the importance of proper preparation in ensuring smooth production flow and maintaining product quality.

I improved my ability to coordinate inspection activities between F1 and F2 stations. I learned the importance of teamwork, communication, and following standard procedures to achieve production targets without compromising quality.
