I improved my ability to make inspection decisions by independently identifying whether a part was OK or NOT OK according to quality standards. Through continuous inspection practice, I became more confident in evaluating products and making accurate quality judgments.

Week Off. However, I attended work and independently operated the Nameplate Station without any support manpower. I learned how to attach nameplates correctly to pumps and understood the importance of serial numbers and dispatch numbers used for product identification and traceability.

I continued working at the Nameplate Station and improved my understanding of pump identification requirements. I practiced verifying nameplate details and ensuring correct attachment procedures were followed.

I learned the importance of the Final Inspection Station and its role in ensuring product quality before dispatch. I understood that Final Inspection acts as the final quality gate, helping to identify defects, maintain customer requirements, and prevent defective products from reaching customers.

Week 3  Day: 19 (Monday) Date: 05/01/2026 Learned about different UPCR pump models manufactured for various customers in the Final Inspection area. Day: 20 (Tuesday) Date: 06/01/2026 Observed customer-specific pump variations and understood their application-based differences. Day: 21 (Wednesday) Date: 07/01/2026 Supervisor explained the names and functions of UPCR pump parts. Day: 22 (Thursday) Date: 08/01/2026 Leave is taken to receive the laptop in the college Day: 23 (Friday) Date: 09/01/2026 Leave is taken to receive the laptop in the college Day: 24 (Saturday) Date: 10/01/2026 Leave is taken to receive the laptop in the college Day; 25 (Sunday) Date: 11/01/2026 Learned the difference between each pump type based on design and markings.

Week:6 Day: 39 (Monday) Date: 26/01/2026 Observed the complete final inspection workflow. Learned how inspection consistency is maintained by following standard checkpoints for each UPCR pump. Day: 40 (Tuesday) Date: 27/01/2026 Practiced visual inspection under the guidance of the final inspector. Learned to identify minor defects, surface finish issues, and part alignment. Day: 41 (Wednesday) Date: 28/01/2026 Learned about communication during final inspection. Understood how abnormalities are reported to the team leader for corrective action. Day: 42 (Thursday) Date: 29/01/2026 Observed inspection approvals and marking process. Learned the importance of documentation and traceability after final inspection.
