Week Off.
Day 117 (Wednesday)
Date: 15/04/2026
I learned more about the identification numbers used on nameplates and how they are associated with different pump models. This helped me understand the importance of correct nameplate selection in the manufacturing process.
Day 118 (Thursday)
Date: 16/04/2026
I observed the nameplate verification process and learned how operators ensure that the correct nameplate is attached to each pump before it moves to the next stage. This process helps prevent product mix-up and maintains customer-specific requirements.
Day 119 (Friday)
Date: 17/04/2026
I improved my understanding of the different pump models produced in the manufacturing lane and their corresponding nameplate identification numbers. This knowledge helped me quickly recognize commonly produced pump models.
Day 120 (Saturday)
Date: 18/04/2026
I revised the nameplate identification system and practiced identifying pump models using their corresponding nameplate numbers. This activity improved my confidence in understanding production traceability and model identification.
Day 121 (Sunday)
Date: 19/04/2026
Although it was my scheduled off day, I attended work and independently performed activities at the Nameplate Station. I learned that nameplate number 9199-162 indicates the ALDOST pump model, 9199-248 indicates the Mahindra pump model, and 9199-161 indicates the VECV pump model. These are among the most commonly produced pump models in the manufacturing lane. This experience improved my practical knowledge of model identification and nameplate handling.
