During my free time while working in the Final Inspection station, I learned about the Nameplate Station with the guidance of a senior operator. I understood the purpose of the station and its role in ensuring that the correct nameplate is attached to each pump model before dispatch.

I learned how to perform visual inspection of the tappet body. I observed the inspection criteria used to identify defects and understood the importance of ensuring that the tappet body meets quality requirements before assembly and production use.

I learned the names and functions of important tappet assembly components, including the Tappet Roller, Tappet Body, and Pin. This helped me improve my knowledge of pump components and understand their role in the overall pump assembly.

I observed different types of nameplates used in production. I learned that each nameplate contains specific information and identification details corresponding to a particular pump model. Proper nameplate selection is important for product identification and traceability.

I learned how operators verify and handle various nameplates at the Nameplate Station. I understood the importance of matching the correct nameplate with the corresponding pump model to avoid product mix-up and customer issues.

I revised the activities learned at the Nameplate Station and reviewed the identification of tappet components, visual inspection methods, and pump model traceability requirements. This revision strengthened my understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes.
