I learned the importance of checking all gauges used in Final Inspection Station 1 before starting inspection activities. The gauges must be verified for proper condition and availability to ensure accurate inspection results.

Day 103 (Wednesday)

After verifying the gauges, I performed visual inspection of pumps in Final Inspection Station 1. I checked labels, markings, caps, assembly conditions, and other quality checkpoints according to inspection standards.

Day 104 (Thursday)

I worked with the inspection machine in Final Inspection Station 2 and observed how it automatically detects critical defects. The machine helps improve inspection accuracy and reduce human error.

Day 105 (Friday)

I learned the importance of following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) while working in Final Inspection Station 2. The SOP provides step-by-step instructions for inspection activities, machine operation, safety requirements, and quality checks.

Day 106 (Saturday)

I learned more about the functions of the Final Inspection Station 2 machine and how it supports quality assurance. The machine verifies critical quality characteristics and helps identify defects before the product reaches the customer.

Day 107 (Sunday)
Date: 05/04/2026
I learned an important lesson regarding ALDOST pump labels. I observed that the pump label contains the P/N (Part Number), which is used for correct product identification and traceability. Verifying the correct P/N on the label is essential to prevent product mix-up and ensure that the correct pump is supplied to the customer.
