I learned about the 2D label inspection process. Similar to the 1D label check, the machine verifies that the 2D label is present, readable, and free from damage or printing defects. This inspection supports traceability, product identification, and compliance with customer requirements. I also revised all seven defect detection checks performed at Final Inspection Station 2 and understood their importance in preventing defective products from reaching customers.

Day 95 (Tuesday)

I learned the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) followed at Final Inspection Station 2. The SOP explains the inspection sequence, safety requirements, quality checkpoints, and actions to be taken during normal operation. Understanding the SOP helped me perform inspection activities in a standardized and systematic manner.

Day 96 (Wednesday)
Date: 25/03/2026
I learned how to operate the software used in Final Inspection Station 2. I understood the different software screens, inspection status indicators, and the procedure for monitoring inspection results during production.

Day 97 (Thursday)
Date: 26/03/2026
I practiced using the software to verify inspection results and identify defect indications. I learned how the software communicates with the inspection system and displays the status of each pump after inspection.

Day 98 (Friday)
Date: 27/03/2026
I learned how to review inspection records and verify product information through the software. This activity helped me understand the importance of maintaining accurate quality records and ensuring product traceability.

Date: 29/03/2026
I revised the SOP requirements, software operation procedures, inspection result verification methods, and defect detection system functions used in Final Inspection Station 2. This revision improved my confidence in operating the inspection system independently and accurately.

Day: 20 (Tuesday) Date: 06/01/2026 Observed customer-specific pump variations and understood their application-based differences. Day: 21 (Wednesday) Date: 07/01/2026 Supervisor explained the names and functions of UPCR pump parts. Day: 22 (Thursday) Date: 08/01/2026 Leave is taken to receive the laptop in the college Day: 23 (Friday) Date: 09/01/2026 Leave is taken to receive the laptop in the college Day: 24 (Saturday) Date: 10/01/2026 Leave is taken to receive the laptop in the college Day; 25 (Sunday) Date: 11/01/2026 Learned the difference between each pump type based on design and markings.

Week:6 Day: 39 (Monday) Date: 26/01/2026 Observed the complete final inspection workflow. Learned how inspection consistency is maintained by following standard checkpoints for each UPCR pump. Day: 40 (Tuesday) Date: 27/01/2026 Practiced visual inspection under the guidance of the final inspector. Learned to identify minor defects, surface finish issues, and part alignment. Day: 41 (Wednesday) Date: 28/01/2026 Learned about communication during final inspection. Understood how abnormalities are reported to the team leader for corrective action.
