Team leader explained Front Line Maintenance (FLM) and its role in maintaining inspection station equipment. FLM activities help identify minor issues, improve equipment reliability, reduce breakdowns, and ensure smooth inspection operations.

Team leader explained the Quality Audit Sheet used during inspection activities. The sheet is used to record inspection results, monitor product quality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with customer and company quality requirements.

Team leader explained the Poka-Yoke Sheet and its importance in error prevention. The sheet helps verify mistake-proofing controls, prevents inspection errors, and ensures that only correctly inspected products move to the next process.

The final inspector helped me improve my visual inspection skills and explained the importance of 5S practices. 5S helps maintain workplace cleanliness, proper arrangement of tools, improved safety, better productivity, and efficient inspection activities.
