Day 5 – Monday

Introduced to UPCR Pump Department. Supervisor explained Soft Exit station function and process flow. The supervisor tell to observe how the person are working in the soft exit, Explained all the parts name of the pump, types of the pump manufacturing in this company
Day 6 – Tuesday

Learned Soft Exit inspection procedure. Observed quality checking process. Importance of SOP was explained and also teach how to use the gauges to check the diameter
Day 7 – Wednesday

Observed identification of defective parts. Learned segregation of OK and NOT OK parts. Proper handling was emphasized.
Day 8 – Thursday

Observed testing results at Soft Exit station. Basic inspection parameters were explained.and also explain how the store the inspector person of the pump in the software and total number output of the pump
Day 9 – Friday

Learned documentation and recording of inspection results. Importance of accuracy in records was explained.example:LOG BOOK,FLM
Day 10 – Saturday

Revision of Soft Exit process. Doubts were clarified. Overall understanding of quality inspection gained.
